WALNUT GROVE - Services for Gary C. Pemble, 65, of Walnut Grove will be private. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. Friday at the Walnut Grove Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Alzheimers Association at the Mayo Clinic. Stephens Funeral Service - Walnut Grove Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died Monday, May 21, 2012, at St. John's Lutheran Home in Springfield after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
He was born Oct. 15, 1946, in New Avon Township, to Glenn C. and Verna C. (Willhite) Pemble.
Survivors include his wife, Marlys; son, Curtis of Mankato; daughters, Wendy Fisk of Highlands Ranch, Colo., and Cynthia Diel of Buffalo; and six grandchildren.
