AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ARTICLE V. FINANCE SEC. 2-121 OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARSHALL CAPSTONE ENDOWMENT FUND
MARSHALL MINNESOTA
On May 22, 2012, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending Article V. Finance Sec. 2-121 of Chapter 2 of the City Code relating to the establishment of the Marshall Capstone Endowment Fund. The Ordinance serves the purpose of providing additional policies related to the Fund.
It is hereby determined that publication of this Title and Summary Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 657, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of Ordinance No.657, Second Series be published conforming to Minnesota Statutes 331A.01 with the following:
