ARTICLE II. RETAIL LICENSES; DIVISION 2 INTOXICATING LIQUOR; SUBDIVISION I.- IN GENERAL; SECTION 6-61 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO COMMUNITY FESTIVALS ON-SALE LICENSES; AND ARTICLE II. RETAIL LICENSES; DIVISION 2 INTOXICATING LIQUOR; SUBDIVISION II. WINE, SEC. 6-80 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO FARM WINERY ON-SALE WINE LICENSES,
MARSHALL MINNESOTA
On May 22, 2012, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending Article II. Retail Licenses Sec. 6-34 of Chapter 6; Sec. 6-61 of Chapter 6 and Sec. 6-80 of Chapter 6 of the City Code relating to brewer taproom license, community festivals on-sale licenses and farm winery on-sale wine licenses, respectively. The Ordinance serves the purpose of establishing policies regarding brewer taprooms, community festivals in which wine may be served and farm winery on-sale wine licenses.
It is hereby determined that publication of this Title and Summary Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 658, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of Ordinance No. 658, Second Series be published conforming to Minnesota Statutes 331A.01 with the following:
