TRACY - Services for Dale E. Templeton, 85, of Tracy will be at 11 a.m. today at the Tracy Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Tracy City Cemetery, with a luncheon served in the church social hall immediately following the burial.
