The Board of Education of Independent School District #413, Marshall Public Schools met for their regular meeting in the Professional Development Room of the District Administration Office on Monday, May 21, 2012 Chairman Chapman called the meeting to order and the roll call showed all members present.

Board action was taken on: Resolution to reject bids end enter into direct negotiations with the low bidder, FY '12 Audit Agreement, WAN Agreement, SMSU Student Teacher Agreement, Board policy modifications and personnel.
