TAUNTON - Check fraud reported at 1:33 p.m. Thursday in Taunton is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was tow-tagged in a parking complaint reported at 12:05 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of order for protection violation charges on a Marshall man, 47, in an incident reported at 2:41 p.m. Thursday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Fraud reported at 2:47 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 3:16 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 25, was cited for driving after cancellation in an incident reported at 3:43 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of 3rd Street and College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall man, 21, a Marshall man 24, a Marshall man, 23, and a Minneapolis man, 26, in an assault incident reported at 4:32 p.m. Thursday in Justice Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal argument was reported at 7:36 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 8:52 p.m. Thursday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Kids playing basketball left the park in a public disturbance incident reported at 1:34 a.m. Friday in Justice Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of second degree assault and terroristic threat charges on a Marshall man, 31, in an incident reported at 1:38 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was issued for loudness in an incident reported at 4:57 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.
