MARSHALL - A criminal complaint is being sought after he arrest of a 41-year-old Marshall man Friday morning, Marshall Police said.
Police said at 1:38 a.m.Friday, the Marshall Police Department responded to a 911 call involving allegations that an assault with a knife had taken place.
The suspect secured himself in his residence and refused the police's demand to come out, police said. A search warrant was executed and the man was arrested without incident or injury.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted the MPD at the scene.
