MARSHALL - A Marshall man was arrested on charges of second degree assault and terroristic threats and was taken to the Lyon County jail after a weapon involvement incident reported at 1:38 a.m. on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue on Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A yellow labrador was picked up and returned to its owner after an animal complaint was reported at 9:34 a.m. on the 1000 block of Cheryl Avenue on Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2:40 p.m. on the 600 block of East College Drive on Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report will be sent to the city attorney for possible domestic assault charges on an adult male involved in a domestic disturbance reported at 7:55 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street on Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall female, 32, was cited for driving after revocation and failing to provide proof of insurance after a traffic related complaint reported at 1:20 a.m. near the intersection of East Lyon Street and Whitney Circle on Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious activity incident was reported at 1:17 p.m. on the 700 block of South 2nd Street on Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident was reported at 2:33 p.m. on the 200 block of Rainbow Drive on Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 1:46 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of West Main St. is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A domestic disturbance incident was reported at 2:50 a.m. on the 500 block of Village Drive on Sunday, Marshall Police said.
