HENDRICKS - Services for August Hamer, 85, of Hendricks, will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday at Christ Lutheran Church in Hendricks. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday at Birk Funeral Home in Hendricks and will resume one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the East Hendricks Cemetery with military honors by the Rueben-Hansen American Legion Post 195 of Hendricks.
He died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at the Hendricks Community Hospital.
