LYON COUNTY - A pop machine was tipped over in a damage to property incident reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday on the intersection of U.S. Highway 14 and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A toilet seat was found in a yard and it was advised to notify the landlord in an incident reported at 8:50 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Skyline Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Tyler man, 25, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 11:17 a.m. Monday on the east side of the Market Street Mall parking lot, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cellphone was found and its owner was contacted in an incident reported at 12:44 p.m. Monday on 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An Edgerton man, 24, was picked up on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:27 p.m. Monday, the Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a wallet and its contents was reported at 7:55 p.m. Monday on the 1500 block of Westwood Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 11:54 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2006 Buick driven by a Canby woman, 71, received light damage and a 2007 Subaru driven by a Sioux Falls, S.D. man, 43, received light damage in a damage to property accident reported at 10:39 a.m. Monday on the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2011 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 36, received light damage and a 2007 Honda driven by a Girardeau, Mo. woman received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 12:16 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
