TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 4:27 a.m. Friday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 19, was arrested for minor consumption and giving a false name to a peace officer and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:26 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of 4th Street and High Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 10:17 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Park Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft charges on a Marshall boy, 13, and a Marshall woman, 19, was cited for liability for crimes of another in an incident reported at 10:26 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North 11th Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A harassment incident was reported at 6:44 p.m. Thursday on Vans Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - The subjects of an assault incident reported at 5:44 p.m. Thursday near Freedom Park left the area before officers arrived, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:22 p.m. Thursday near the Freedom gas station, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPod Touch and money was reported at 4:12 p.m. Thursday near the YMCA, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a car topper was reported at 3:48 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A kitten was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:11 p.m. Thursday on Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 28, turned herself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 11:50 a.m. Thursday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - An animal complaint incident was reported at 10:42 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A check reported found at 10:39 a.m. Thursday was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2001 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 80, received light damage when it struck a light pole and a parked and unattended 2006 Chevrolet in a property damage accident reported at 9:43 p.m. Thursday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said. The parked Chevrolet also received light damage, Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 6:22 p.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.
