MARSHALL - Police were unable to locate fireworks reported at 2:34 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal argument was reported at 12:09 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Stephen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 10:48 p.m. Sunday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A domestic incident was reported at 10:36 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A laptop computer was reported lost at 9:45 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Police were unable to locate fireworks reported at 9:36 p.m. Sunday near Broadmoor Valley, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood man, 51, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:15 p.m. Saturday on Juno Lane, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GARVIN - Theft of license plates and a battery from a vehicle was reported at 8:31 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Grant Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a verbal argument reported at 11:52 p.m. Friday on West Main Street were separated for the night, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A loud music incident reported at 11:36 p.m. Friday near the intersection of East 2nd Street and East Prairie Street was quiet when a deputy arrived, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - A verbal warning was given for fireworks reported at 11:27 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
