TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 9:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Gun parts reported found at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North High Street were picked up by an officer and brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 57, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 34, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black Lab puppy taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of Woodfern Drive was released to its owner after fees were paid, Marshall Police said.

TYLER - A knife was reported found at 1:16 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 50, was arrested for violations of conditions of release and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:36 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
