MARSHALL - Police are attempting to contact the owner of a laptop computer reported found at 6:54 a.m. Friday on Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 34, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:28 a.m. Friday on Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 29, was arrested for third degree DWI, alcohol level of .08 or more and driving after suspension and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:10 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 4th Street and Marshall Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 10:16 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 9:43 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A padlock key reported found at 8:06 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Saratoga Street and Main Street was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An Eau Claire, Wis., man, 39, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:59 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 4:57 p.m. Thursday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall man, 29, in an incident reported at 8:48 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A tire reported found in a yard at 7:59 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South High Street was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.
