MARSHALL - A boys' bicycle reported found at 5:38 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Main Street was brought to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A gray kitten was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:23 p.m. Sunday on the 900 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted Marshall Police in an incident reported at 10:50 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of South Whitney Street, the Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department is attempting to contact the owners of items reported found at 9:26 p.m. Saturday on Front Street, the Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 2:31 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A vandalism incident was reported at 6:59 p.m. Saturday near Van's Trailer Court, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - The subject of a complaint reported at 5:35 p.m. Saturday near Cottonwood Lake Park left the lake, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A public disturbance incident was reported at 5:24 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Union Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 10:32 a.m. Saturday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A family matter incident was reported at 10:01 a.m. Saturday on the 700 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Ghent man, 51, was cited for public nuisance in an incident reported at 8:27 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

FLORENCE - A suspicious incident reported at 5:58 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Blaine Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Balaton man, 39, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:02 p.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 54 west of County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 6:01 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of East Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 4:43 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of East 1st Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

RUSSELL - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted the Minnesota State Patrol in an incident reported at 2:05 p.m. Friday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Sheriff's Department said. A Lake Preston, S.D., woman, 21, was cited for careless driving in the incident, the Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - Theft of heater cords and plywood was reported at 10:16 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of St. Albans Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 8:07 p.m. Sunday on the 1400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1987 Buick driven by a Minneota woman, 51, and a 1999 Oldsmobile driven by a Cottonwood woman, 19, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 8:34 a.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.
