MARSHALL - Two bats were removed from a house in an incident reported at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A street lamp was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 10:25 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The subjects of a noise complaint reported at 10:23 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street were gone when an officer arrived, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Property was returned to its owner in a civil matter reported at 8:50 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An assist incident was reported at 4:51 p.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A search warrant was executed in an incident reported at 4:37 p.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 2:52 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West 1st Street South were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Granite Falls man, 26, was arrested for theft and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:04 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A barking dog was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 10:37 a.m. Monday on the 900 block of North 4th Street, Marshall Police said. A Marshall woman, 27, was issued a warning for barking dog, Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to a fence was reported at 9:16 a.m. Monday on the 700 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.
