TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Roommates arguing were reported in a public disturbance incident at 11 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. A report was sent to the probation department for a possible violation on a Marshall man, 31, Police said.

TRACY - A family matter incident was reported at 7:42 p.m. Monday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Theft of a checkbook was reported at 4:19 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 1:11 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Ellis Avenue were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 23, was arrested for driving after revocation in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:15 a.m. Monday on Greeley Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Three kittens were taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 9:57 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A ferret was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:21 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

YELLOW MEDICINE COUNTY A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Madison woman, 63, received severe damage and a 2008 Buick driven by a Canby woman, 67, was demolished in a crash reported at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 67 and Yellow Medicine County Road 11, north of St. Leo, the Minnesota State Patrol said. The drivers of both vehicles had no apparent injuries, the State Patrol said.

MINNEOTA - A Marshall man was injured in a crash reported at 6:36 p.m. Monday on the 2200 block of 360th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. A 2006 Chevrolet driven by Alan Lustfield received severe damage in the crash, the Sheriff's Department said. Lustfield received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, the Sheriff's Department said.
