The Lake Benton City Council is accepting proposals for the purchase of the Lake Benton Municipal Bar and Liquor Store.
The facility is an on and off-sale operation with pre-made package food capacities.
Proposals will be accepted at the Lake Benton City Office at:
106 South Center Street
PO Box 206
Lake Benton, MN 56149
Until August 10, 2012 at 5:00 P.M.
Interested parties can inspect the premises by making an appointment with the Executive Director during regular business hours.

The City of Lake Benton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and reserves the right to hold the proposals for 60 days.
