The Board of Education of Independent School District #413, Marshall Public Schools met for their regular meeting in the Professional Development Room of the District Administration Office on Monday, August 6, 2012. Vice-Chairman Coleman called the meeting to order and the roll call showed all members present except Chapman and Wilson.
Presentation: Taher Food Service update by Brodersen and Fruin.
Discussion held on: school board building tour and 2012-13 superintendent goals.
Board action was taken on: approval of school board policies, resolution ratifying the sale of refunding bonds and personnel.
