COTTONWOOD - One of the parties in a verbal argument reported at 2:26 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Lindsay Drive left the scene, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of fifth degree assault charges on two Marshall boys, ages 16 and 17, in an incident reported at 12:12 a.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A hit and run incident was reported at 9:27 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A warrant pickup incident was reported at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A dog attacking another dog reported at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 2300 block of 250th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported stolen at 3:32 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Ranch Avenue was located and returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of theft and receiving stolen property charges on six Marshall girls, all younger than 13, in an incident reported at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 50, was arrested for second degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A husky taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:31 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of North 6th Street was released to its owner after fees were paid, Marshall Police said. A Marshall man, 28, was cited for dog at large, Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident described as all other reported at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2009 Cadillac driven by a Marshall man, 79, and a 2002 Buick driven by a Marshall man, 30, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 8:08 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Mustang Trail, Marshall Police said.
