Reaves graduates from National University of Health Sciences

Joanna Reaves of Marshall received the doctor of chiropractic degree Aug. 16 from the College of Professional Studies at National University of Health Sciences during commencement ceremonies in Lombard, Ill.

While completing the doctor of chiropractic degree at NUHS, Reaves also served a one-year clinical internship with a special focus on integrative medicine. Before entering the doctor of chiropractic program at NUHS, she completed an undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead.

VanKeulen awarded scholarship at SDSU

Grant VanKeulen of Ghent was awarded the Harms Oil Company Scholarship in Support of the Jackrabbit Guarantee Program for the 2012-2013 academic year at South Dakota State University.

VanKeulen is an incoming freshman majoring in agribusiness at SDSU, the son of Pat and Karen VanKeulen, and is a 2012 graduate of the Marshall High School.
