LYON COUNTY - An incident described as all other that was reported at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of 220th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPod Touch was reported at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at the Marshall Middle School, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A missing sign was reported at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Country Club Drive and South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 3:56 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of money was reported at 4 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A reciprocal incident reported at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday in Marshall was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the county attorney for consideration of second degree assault, terroristic threats, domestic assault and other charges on a Marshall man, 26, in an incident reported at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Harassment reported at 11:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Cottonwood man, 21, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 1:22 a.m. Wednesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

WOOD LAKE - An assault reported at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Second Avenue was referred to the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Department, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 23, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 7:36 a.m. Wednesday, the Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MURRAY COUNTY - A property damage accident reported at 4:42 a.m. Tuesday in Murray County was referred to the Murray County Sheriff's Department, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A 2007 Pontiac driven by a Marshall woman, 19, received light damage and a 1999 Chrysler driven by a Currie woman, 53, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of North 6th Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
