ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
TREE REMOVAL/RELOCATION ON FLOOD PROTECTION DIKE SYSTEM
MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive proposals in the Office of the City Clerk at 344 West Main Street until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, September 14, 2012, for the following:
TREE REMOVAL/RELOCATION
ON
FLOOD PROTECTION DIKE SYSTEM
MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
Proposals shall be directed to the City Clerk/Financial Director, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement as to the vehicle(s) for which the proposal(s) is made. Multiple proposals may be included in the same envelope.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
Specifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer at 344 West Main Street (507?537?6773). Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the City Engineer.
Proposals will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street in Marshall, Minnesota.
No proposer may withdraw his proposal for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals.
