LYON COUNTY - A Ghent man, 24, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:43 a.m. Wednesday on 190th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Madison Lake woman, 18, was arrested on a Faribault County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:36 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Main Street, Marshall Police said. Bail was posted, Police said.

MARSHALL - One person involved in a verbal argument reported at 11:05 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive left the scene, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic complaint incident reported at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday on Pine Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 29, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The woman was treated at the Marshall emergency room, and the dog was quarantined, Police said.

COTTONWOOD - An assault incident reported at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Summit Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Money was reported found at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Items reported stolen at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street were returned, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 4:29 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Theft of a book was reported at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft incident reported at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of Sherman Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Nobles County warrant was served on a man, 18, and a Lincoln County warrant was served on a man, 41, in an incident reported at 2:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A check fraud incident reported at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday was referred to Lincoln County, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 18, was arrested for theft, receiving stolen property and forgery and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An animal complaint incident was reported at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 19, was given a warning for having a dog at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 29, was cited for having no Minnesota driver's license in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 9 and 240th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

RUSSELL - A collision with a deer was reported at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Minnesota Highway 91, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A California man was injured in a crash reported at 3:16 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said. A 2012 Toyota driven by Michael Malady of Fontana, Calif., received severe damage and a 2011 International driven by a Dodge Center man, 34, received light damage, Police said. Malady received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by ambulance, Police said.
