MARSHALL - Parties in a verbal argument reported at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday near Independence Park were separated, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An orange and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Paris Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A computer and GPS unit were taken in a burglary incident reported at 7:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Meadowview Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - An incident described as all other reported at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for driving after suspension and having no insurance and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:12 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter reported at 3:57 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a tobacco violation incident reported at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Robert Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND - Theft of a cart and sawhorse reported at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday on the 2200 block of Lyon County Road 30 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
