Westbrook-Walnut Grove running back Dana Madson had a 32-yard rushing touchdown and a 27-yard passing touchdown to help the Chargers to a 20-6 victory over Southwestern United Friday night in Westbrook.
Madson finished with 92 rushing yards on 21 carries, and completed a 27-yard touchdown pass to Shane Buchman in the second quarter. Madson also had a game-high 22 tackles.
John Elzenga was 8-for-21 passing for 100 yards with a touchdown and an interception for WWG. The Chargers' Tristan Joel had two inteceptions, and Mitchell Jarmer had a sack and a fumble recovery.
WWG (4-3 overall) wraps up the regular season Wednesday at Hills-Beaver Creek.

Canby 38, TMB 14
Wyatt Kraus rushed for 340 yards and four touchdowns to help the Canby Lancers snap a two-game losing streak and defeat the Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Panthers 38-14 Friday night in Tracy.
Kraus had three touchdowns in the first half on runs of 10, 59 and 23 yards to help the Lancers charge out to a 19-8 lead after 24 minutes.
Parker Lanoue found Alec Swan for a 70-yard touchdown to cut the Lancer lead to 19-14 early in the third quarter, but Kraus and Canby answered right back with the senior running back's fourth touchdown run of the night from 13 yards out.
Canby (5-2 overall, 5-1 Little Sioux Conference) added two more touchdowns to blow the game open as Michael Sisk hit Michael Slaba on a 39-yard touchdown pass and Tate Citrowske bulled into the endzone from five yards out.
The Panthers (3-4, 2-4) were outgained on the ground 393 to 151 and lost the turnover battle 3-1. Lanoue was just 6 of 22 passing for 156 yards and touchdown for the Panthers, while Swan accounted for 139 of TMB's 321 yards.
The Lancers will close out their regular season on Tuesday when they travel to Dawson for a Little Sioux showdown with the Blackjacks, while the Panthers will travel to Cottonwood on Wednesday for a conference game against Lakeview.

Blake Altermatt carried the ball 25 times for 191 yards and two touchdowns as the Wabasso Rabbits rolled past Buffalo Lake-Hector 28-12 Friday night in Hector.
Wabasso's defense held the Mustangs scoreless through the first three quarters.
Neil Eichten was 9 of 10 passing for 169 yards and two touchdowns for the Rabbits in the win. Matt Zeug led the defense with 11 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
Wabasso (3-4 overall, 3-3 Southern Minnesota Conference) plays at Sleepy Eye for its regular season finale.

New Ulm Cathedral running back Adam Schnobrich rushed for all six of the Greyhounds' touchdowns in a 40-26 win over Red Rock Central Friday afternoon in New Ulm.
Red Rock Central's Jeff DeCock scored three touchdowns for the Falcons in the losing effort. His first came on a 4-yard run in the second quarter. Later in the quarter, he caught a pass from quarterback Brady Bierl and scampered 67 yards for a touchdown. His third score came in the third quarter on a 12-yard pass from Bierl.
DeCock finished the game with seven catches for 130 yards. Bierl completed 13 of 28 passes for 228 yards with three touchdowns and one interception.
The Falcons fall to 4-3 and will face Melrose at St. John's University on Wednesday.

The Yellow Medicine East football team was unable to overcome a 13-0 deficit to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City in the first quarter as the Sting fell to the Falcons 45-6 in Granite Falls on Friday.
Blake Lindstrom found Nathan Anderson on a 12-yard pass play in the second quarter for YME's only touchdown in the West Central Conference game.
Connor Christenson led the Sting (0-7 overall) with 15 yards rushing and 26 yards receiving. Lindstrom was 9-of-28 passing for 117 yards in the loss.
YME will be in action again on Wednesday when they travel to Morris Area/Chokio-Alberto for their final conference and regular season game.
