FOREST LAKE - Services for Darcie Gwen Bass, 59, of Forest Lake will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. The family requests any donations be made to the CJD Foundation at CJDfoundation.org
She died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, of Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease.
