GRANITE FALLS - A Granite Falls man, 80, died after a two-vehicle crash reported at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 212 west of Granite Falls, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2010 Chrysler van driven by Roger Tjosvold, 80, of Granite Falls, turned left into the path of a westbound 2002 Chevrolet pickup driven by Anne Myhre, 70, of Granite Falls, the State Patrol said. Both drivers were taken to the Granite Falls hospital with injuries, the State Patrol said. At 7 p.m. Tuesday, the medical examiner notified the State Patrol that Tjosvold had died, a State Patrol report said.
Granite Falls Rescue and Ambulance and the Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Department responded at the scene.
