MARSHALL - Damage to plant containers was reported at 8 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 4:45 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Roosevelt Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A damage to property incident reported at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of West High Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 28, and a Marshall woman, 28, in an incident reported at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A report is not yet in on a school bus stop arm violation incident reported at 5:13 p.m. Wednesday on 2nd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 25, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:34 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 40, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of North 6th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 2:39 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - An orange tabby cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of South 4th Street and West Gray Place, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a school bus stop arm violation incident reported at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident described as all other reported at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday on Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a school bus stop arm violation incident reported at 12:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A check fraud incident reported at 11:57 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday on the 2500 block of Lyon County Road 7 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti on a building wall was reported at 8 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Fairground Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 2:19 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Main Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Two people were injured in a crash reported at 7:11 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said. A 1999 Chevrolet driven by Kayla Nielsen of Marshall was demolished, and a 2007 ford driven by a Monticello man, 59, received moderate damage, Police said. Nielsen was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and a passenger in the Ford, Justin Hogg, went to the hospital on his own with minor injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2013 Ford driven by a Marshall man, 52, was undamaged when it left the roadway in an accident reported at 4:49 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
