LYON COUNTY - A civil matter was reported at 6:57 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Lyon County Road 63, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A small brown dog with a purple collar was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 1:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the county attorney in consideration of intent to evade taxes, driving after revocation, no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property charges on a Vesta man, 19, in an incident reported at 1:44 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Saratoga Street and Hamden Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Brewster man, 19, was arrested on a Murray County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:03 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of West Saratoga Street and Hamden Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A tire was punctured in a damage to property incident reported at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 2:25 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Indiana Jones Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A laser was found and returned to its owner in an incident reported at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window was scratched in a damage to property incident reported at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A wallet with its contents was reported lost at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday on Hackberry Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An intoxicated man was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 8:18 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Cheryl Avenue and Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.
