Minnesota Valley Broadcasting, of Marshall, Minnesota, has filed an application for a Variance Adjustment Permit to construct a 12 foot high fence higher than allowed by the City Ordinance and to have outside storage when the ordinance prohibits it in a B-3 General Business District.
