MARSHALL - Graffiti was reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday at Liberty Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An auto theft reported at 7:50 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Glenn Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 53, was arrested in a warrant pickup incident reported at 12:21 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident was reported at 10:10 p.m. Sunday on Heritage Circle, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 7:20 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of 4th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - An assault incident reported at 7:10 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A boy, 17, was cited for exhibition driving in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:10 p.m. Sunday on Windstar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was issued to a man, 25, in an incident reported at 3:00 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse was reported at 2:15 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A woman, 74, was cited for hit and run and careless driving in an incident reported at 12:53 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Main Street and North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 21, and a woman, 23, were cited for no insurance and no current registration in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 1:39 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Main Street and South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.
