MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 2:53 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South 1st Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday was brought to the garage in an incident reported at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

FLORENCE - A report is not yet in on an assault incident reported at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a holiday figurine was reported at 2:33 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Ridgeway Road, Marshall Police said.

LYND - A burglary incident reported at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Redwood Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of 2nd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - Theft of money was reported at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday on the 3200 block of Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A homeless man, 32, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter was reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter was reported at 8:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1996 Chevrolet driven by a Balaton man, 56, struck a sign owned by the city of Marshall in a property damage accident reported at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday on West Main Street, Marshall Police said. There was no damage to the vehicle, Police said.

TRACY - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 9:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of 3rd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
