MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for noise in an incident reported at 3:49 a.m. Friday on the 800 block of Pearl Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Tyler man, 22, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:36 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A St. Paul man, 45, was arrested for refusal to test and second degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:11 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East College Drive and Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 11:27 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident reported at 7:59 p.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 11:22 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East Redwood Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A search warrant was executed in an incident reported at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A threat reported at 10:16 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A sleeping bag reported found at 9:10 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West Main Street was destroyed, Marshall Police said.
