LYON COUNTY - Check fraud reported at 9:38 a.m. Monday on the 2500 block of East Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - The owner was contacted in an animal complaint reported at 7:49 a.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of 250th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile student was removed from school in a public disturbance incident reported at 10:05 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Identity theft was reported at 2 p.m. Monday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious fire was reported at 2:54 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An injured cat was taken to the Marshall Animal Clinic in an animal complaint reported at 3:54 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Check fraud reported at 3:58 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Clarice Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A public disturbance involving juveniles playing video games was reported at 9:54 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The juveniles quit for the night, Police said.

MARSHALL - A probation violation was reported at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY - No vehicles were around when a deputy arrived in a property damage accident reported at 3:39 p.m. Monday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a train/motor vehicle accident reported at 2:46 p.m. Monday on the intersection of Hahn Road and West Erie Road, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL - No vehicles were around when the officer arrived in a property damage accident reported at 3:46 p.m. Monday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.
