REDWOOD FALLS - Services for Urban "Judge" Fischer, 92, of Redwood Falls, formerly of Morgan, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Morgan. Visitation is one hour prior to services at the church. Burial is in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery.
