CANBY - Services for Harris Dahl, 90, of Canby will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Providence Valley Lutheran Church, rural Dawson. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. prayer service Friday at Birk Funeral Home in Canby and will continue at the church one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Providence Valley Lutheran Cemetery, rural Dawson. In lieu of flowers, send memorials to Alzheimer's Association, Sylvan Court Nursing Home, or Providence Valley Lutheran Church.
He died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012, at the Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby.
He was born Jan. 3, 1922, to Albert and Minnie (Dahlgren) Dahl in Providence Township, Lac qui Parle County.
Survivors include his wife, Marian; children, Barbara Floto and Jon; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
