Area volunteers started gathering at the Marshall National Guard Armory on Tuesday to help Lyon County Heart to Heart. The program gives care packages, including holiday gifts and food, to area families in need. Both Marshall and Russell-Tyler-Ruthton youth were among the volunteers on Tuesday morning. Shayna Possail and Samantha Brust, both RTR students, helped to sort toys into age-appropriate groups.
