SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2012-04
AN ORDINANCE TO DEFINE AND REGULATE
THE LOCATION OF WITH THE CITY OF LYND
The purpose of this Ordinance is provide for the regulation of the location of adult uses within the City of Lynd, Minnesota. The City Council specifically recognizes the sanctity and fundamental nature of free speech and does not intend to regulate or ban speech based on content.
The Ordinance, as adopted, shall consist of the following titles:
The City Code for the City of Lynd is amended by adding the following, as follows:
Section 1.PURPOSE AND INTENT.
Section 2.DEFINITIONS.
Section 3.LOCATION.
Section 4.HOURS OF OPERATION.
Section 5.OPERATION.
Section 6.SEVERABILITY.
Section 7.EFFECTIVE DATE.
A printed copy of Ordinance No. 2012-03 is available for inspection by the any person during regular hours at the office of the City Clerk or upon written request.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION BY TWO THIRDS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, THIS 13TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2012, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYND, MINNESOTA.
