IVANHOE - Services for Lawrence Lozinski, 92, of Ivanhoe will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Cantius Catholic Church in Wilno. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. at Birk Funeral Home in Ivanhoe on Tuesday, with a rosary at 5 p.m. and prayer service at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in St. John Cantius Catholic Cemetery.
He died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Sylvan Court Nursing Home in Canby.
He was born June 13, 1920, in Lincoln County, to Stanley and Mary (Gavorelsha) Lozinski. He served in the United States Army from May 25, 1942, to April 17, 1943.
Survivors include his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Sik of Milroy and Marcellus Drietz of Ivanhoe; sisters-in-law, Mary Sik of Canby, Leona Sovell of Ivanhoe, Joan Lipinski of St. Paul, Marian Ertz of Marshall and Helen Sik of Montevideo.
