MARSHALL - Tony Shaikoski and Emilee Rose announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Greg and Kim Shaikoski of Marshall and Phil and Becky Rose of Humboldt, Iowa. Shaikoski and Rose both graduated December 2012 from The University of South Dakota with degrees in occupational therapy. The couple plans to marry Aug. 24, 2013.
