ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street until 10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, for the following:
ONE (1) NEW 2012 OR 2013 1/2-TON 2-WHEEL DRIVE REGULAR CAB PICK-UP WITH 8' BOX AND TAILGATE LIFT
FOR THE MARSHALL PARKS DEPARTMENT
ONE (1) NEW 2012 OR 2013 - 300 GALLON SPRAYER
WITH BOOMS AND DIESEL DRIVE UNIT
FOR THE MARSHALL PARKS DEPARTMENT
One (1) New MID-MOUNT ZERO-TURN COMMERCIAL LAWN MOWER WITH 72" DECK
for the Wastewater Treatment Facility
Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the City Clerk/Financial Director and Director of Public Works/City Engineer will publicly open bids in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk/Financial Director, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement as to the vehicle(s)/unit(s) for which the bid(s) is made.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Specifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer. Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the City Engineer.
Bids will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
