MARSHALL - Theft of a credit card was reported at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of A Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A gray and white cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 9:18 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Lawrence Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A truancy incident reported at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Spruce Lane was referred to Probation and Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of two amps and cigarettes from a vehicle was reported at 2 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a juvenile matter reported at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Paintball equipment was stolen in an incident reported at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

Accident

MARSHALL - A 2008 Dodge driven by a Marshall woman, 35, received no damage when it struck a bank kiosk in a property damage accident reported at 12:33 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2005 Chevrolet driven by a Minneota woman, 37, received moderate damage when it slid off the road and struck a sign in a property damage accident reported at 4:39 a.m. Tuesday on Lyon County Road 33, Marshall Police said.
