MARSHALL - A Tyler man, 18, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:09 a.m. Thursday on the 2400 block of 350th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A burglary reported at 11 p.m. Wednesday on the 2400 block of 350th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 18, was cited for possession of alcohol, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A lost debit card was reported at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Russell man, 24, was cited for no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 7, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

MARSHALL - A school bus stop arm violation reported at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South 4th Street and Stephen Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a hit-and-run incident reported at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of North High Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1996 Dodge driven by a Marshall boy, 17, received light damage and a parked and unattended 2005 Chevrolet received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 12:33 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
