MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 33, was arrested for disorderly conduct and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:17 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 4:18 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 4:13 p.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Birch Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 12:55 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of South 4th Street were counseled, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cellular phone was reported lost at 10:08 a.m. Monday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 8:44 a.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a damage to property incident reported at 7:58 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of Donita Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 5:17 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of State Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND - A vehicle tire was slashed and a microphone was broken in a public disturbance incident reported at 11:04 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 34, was cited for no Minnesota driver's license and no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:31 a.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 23 north of Lynd, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - An incident reported at 11:52 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of West Railroad Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 9:03 p.m. Friday were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - a Lynd woman, 26, was arrested on a Pipestone County warrant in an incident reported at 12:57 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Willow Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The woman was released to Pipestone County, the Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Montevideo man, 28, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:32 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 5 and Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 11:03 a.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:08 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Birch Street and Bruce Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY - A 2002 International driven by a Marshall man, 62, was undamaged and a parked and unattended 2004 Pontiac received severe damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:43 a.m. Tuesday on Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 2:02 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South 4th Street and Mill Street, Marshall Police said. A 1995 Lincoln driven by a Lynd woman, 24, and a 2004 Buick driven by Phyllis Taveirne of Marshall both received moderate damage in the collision, Police said. Taveirne went to the hospital with injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 40, received light damage when it struck a parking pole in a property damage accident reported at 11:34 a.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
