CHS kicks off CHS Harvest for Hunger campaign

CHS Marshall Regional Country Operations will kick off its third annual CHS Harvest for Hunger campaign. Last year, donations alone provided more than 30,000 meals. CHS has a goal of raising more than 2 million meals for hungry families. As part of CHS Harvest for Hunger fund drive, CHS Marshall Regional will accept contributions from March 1 through March 20 at its locations in Marshall, Tracy, Ruthton, Pipestone or Elkton, S.D., and deliver them to regional food banks, used by the local food shelves to support families.

Financial donations are encouraged because they enable food banks to use their buying power to provide nutritious food at deeply discounted rates. Every $1 donated provides between 3.5 and 7 meals.

CHS Marshall Regional is a business unit of CHS Inc., an energy, grains and foods global agribusiness owned by farmers, ranchers and cooperatives across the United States.

For more information or to make a contribution, call Rita at 507-532-3246 or 800-327-6507.
