MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 33, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:08 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Theft of an iPod and hard drive was reported at 9:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The subjects of an assault incident reported at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of East College Drive talked with an officer, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A harassment incident reported at 9:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a cellular phone was reported at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday on West Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 22, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A wallet with contents was reported lost at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - An incident reported at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A spaniel type dog was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:56 a.m. Tuesday near Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Milroy resident was injured in a two-vehicle crash reported at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Birch Street and Village Drive, Marshall Police said. A 2003 Honda driven by a Marshall man, 21, and a 2013 Chevrolet driven by Michael Schmitt of Milroy both received moderate damage, Police said. Schmitt received minor injuries and did not go to the hospital, Police said.
