LYON COUNTY - A Sioux Falls, S.D. resident, 30, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:07 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 24 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A gas drive-off valued at $28.04 was reported at 8:34 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse and its contents was reported at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 20, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of felony terroristic threat, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia charges on a homeless man, 29, in an incident reported at 4:49 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North 5th Street and Elm Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 25, was cited for having no Minnesota driver's license and operating a vehicle with revoked license plates in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South 2nd Street and Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was towed, Police said.

LYON COUNTY - An incident reported at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Easy Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 2:55 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
