MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:18 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Main Street and 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 56, in an incident reported at 9:36 p.m. Sunday on Travis Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of fifth degree assault charges on a Marshall man, 56, in an incident reported at 8:01 p.m. Sunday on Travis Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 56, was arrested for third degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 8:01 p.m. Sunday on Travis Road, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An animal bite incident was reported at 3:26 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of East 3rd Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - A harassment incident was reported at 11:33 a.m. Saturday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GARVIN - A stolen log splitter was reported found at 9:14 a.m. Saturday on the 2900 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood man, 38, was arrested for second degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:32 p.m. Friday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - A burglary reported at 2:01 p.m. Friday on the 2200 block of 160th Ave. is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An identity theft incident reported at 11:28 a.m. Friday on the 3700 block of Lyon County Road 3 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An assist incident was reported at 8:30 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of East 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
