MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 6:59 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 9:41 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Street and 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 9:32 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Kossuth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to a phone was reported at 8:58 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An animal bite incident was reported at 7:59 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 7:05 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Redwood Street and North 4th Street was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A civil matter was reported at 3:42 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - A Balaton man, 22, was arrested for driving after suspension and no insurance, and was brought to the Law Enforcement Center, in an incident reported at 2:08 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - An iPhone was reported lost at 12:48 p.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2008 Ford received severe damage, and a parked and unattended 2004 Chevrolet received moderate damage, when an unknown vehicle pushed the Ford into the Chevrolet in a hit and run incident reported at 10:10 a.m. Sunday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A debit card was reported found at 8:22 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said. The card was not turned in to the Law Enforcement Center, Police said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 2:40 a.m. Sunday near Tracy High School, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT - A Taunton woman, 48, was cited for no insurance in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 11:05 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A harassment incident was reported at 11:00 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT - A fight was reported at 10:16 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. When deputies arrived, no one wanted to press charges, the Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Coon Rapids, Minn., man, 35, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 9:01 p.m. Saturday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYND - The owner of a wallet reported found at 10:17 a.m. Saturday on Lyon County Road 25 was notified, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall woman, 20, was cited for driving after revocation and operating a vehicle with revoked license plates in an incident reported at 11:36 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 6:15 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of assault charges on two Marshall men, ages 27 and 24, in an incident reported at 3:10 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted Tracy Police in an incident reported at 12:18 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Highline and South Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A hit and run incident was reported at 8:47 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - A broken window was reported at 8:06 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of North Lake Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
